Welcome to the news blog page of Ichikoo's brand new wedding site. Please click here to see the main site.
Due to the ever increasing demand, we've decided to build an entirely separate website for our wedding clients. You'll find everything you need to know about us, including who we are, our approach to film making, loads of short clips, tips for the perfect wedding, testimonials, press and trusted suppliers.
If you know of anyone who's getting married soon, please feel free to tell them all about us and direct them to our website at www.ichikooweddings.com
And if there's a special occasion coming up in your life, or someone close to you, that you’d like to do something different for,,, then have you thought about marking the occasion with a film? Ichikoo make highly personalised short movies about you, your family, or your friends. They make a brilliant gift. Find out more at www.ichikoo.com
Thai model wedding film
Thai supermodel Sonia Couling asked us to film her wedding in Corsica. So we did. It was an elegant affair with many of Sonia's Thai supermodel friends flying over to attend . They all looked glamorous and the paparazzi had a field day. She was overjoyed with the film.
Scottish wedding film
We went up to Scotland for Kevin Cumiskey & Nora Gashi’s beautiful wedding. Not only did James & I both DJ at it, but we filmed it too! Here’s a clip of their first dance.
Watching an Ichikoo wedding film
Alex & Jo Quaas didn’t know about the surprise film when they booked us to film their wedding in Queensland, Australia. 40 close friends clubbed together to buy them this special gift. Here’s how they reacted.
Jewish and Ethnic weddings
Filming Jewish & other Ethnic weddings is no different to any other wedding film. We are very familiar with the format and the wishes of the bride & groom. This clip is a simple yet artistic approach to filming a Jewish wedding.
Australian wedding film
Alex & Jo Quaas also asked us to film their wedding, unaware that we had already filmed and produced a speech film for them undercover. The wedding film was a very different affair and was a mix of romantic and good old fashioned fun... all done with Ichikoo's attention to style and detail.
Clip from Wedding TV
If you fancy a giggle, watch this clip of James & Tim appearing on the Wedding Channel's breakfast show, talking about Ichikoo's approach to film-making. Wedding TV are now touting Ichikoo Weddings as their top wedding film-makers!
